The Institute has a track-record in leadership training and education that spans more than a decade. Our Programmes consistently meet the highest international standards of quality.

However, the way that funding for ongoing ministerial education is allocated means that additional sources of funding are always needed. This is to meet the costs of existing staff and programmes, as well as expansion of the work of the Institute, both in the Church of England and in the wider Anglican Communion.
