Canterbury is the historic heart and spiritual centre of the Anglican Communion.

It is a fitting city for a ‘Leadership School' dedicated to the development of wisdom, insight and competence for in meeting the challenges of the twenty-first century.

The Leadership School supports the Archbishop's vision for leadership and mission through encouraging a culture of change in the Anglican Church through the development of Christ-like leadership for the mission of the Church.

The School aims to bring together resources in leadership education & research, mission studies and theology, Anglican studies, spirituality and worship, with residential conference facilities of world class standard.
